NUOVO TESTAMENTO – 2 HEARTS [VIDEO]
Considering that at this very moment we’re smack dab in the middle of “carny season”, I can think of no better time to premiere a new TNUC video for a hot little number dedicated to all the summer lovers out there.
Nuovo Testamento are consistently making the best electronic dance music/disco on the scene. The song “2 Hearts” from the group’s most recent EP, Trouble, takes a slight detour into ballad territory but still remains danceable and alluring as ever. Singer Chelsea Crowley’s vocals are always so rich — the verses are like hummable choruses and the actual choruses are just out of this world catchy and infectious.
Just imagine Miami Sound Machine meets Depeche Mode at a carnival at night with Uncle T as the seasoned, veteran carny worker. Watch the video. I hope you enjoy.
Catch them on tour this summer!

TNUC!!!
I am so stoked to see you singing the praises of Nuovo Testamento. I’ve been a fan for years, discovering them via the youtube channel Vapor Memory just after the Pandemic. I lurked and followed them online for years, and saw other bands like Sacred Skin bounce onto the scene around the same time, and man, it’s been like an italo disco/New Wave revival over these last few years in the indie scene.
I finally went to see NT this year, having the timely luck of snagging a pair of tickets to their Valentines performance at The Roxy in Los Angeles. I gotta say they are one of the best bands I’ve ever seen live.
The trio are smooth as silk on stage, each person plays their part perfectly – the drummer and keyboardist are great showmen, and Chelsey Crowley is the perfect frontwoman. Her energy, voice, and dancing are contagious! I’ll be going to see them again at The Novo this November.
Again, thanks for giving them love. NT deserves it. They truly are a remarkable band, and I see immensely awesome things in their future. Anybody wanting to get into their music should listen to the albums:
