Who else needs an escape? Depending on where you’re located in the world, you may be experiencing a great frost. This one goes out to anyone who wishes they were some place warmer. Where the sun is powerful, the ocean meets the sky and you can roam freely up and down empty beaches with your 4-foot mullet waving in the wind. (Play video above)
In all seriousness, this is one of those songs that didn’t 100% gel for me until watching the music video. It’s a great song on its own but reinforces the point of why music videos are sometimes vital to the packaging of a song.

Seeing as how this post is about people needing a getaway from the frost, I’ll put out a personal favorite of mine: how about we get the eloquent words of yours to wax poetic for Miami Vice? Your knowledge of 80’s pop culture already notwithstanding, you’re also a fan of synthwave, so I know you’re aware how well the 2 gel together and the fan-made music videos some have made. Maybe put the sole focus on either the clothes, cars, the ladies, or more likely how guys were trying to look like Crockett and Tubbs to emulate their class.
